The MY250 hydraulic automatic digital-display surface grinder converts the manual X-axis traverse mechanism into a left–right hydraulic automatic system. The system’s main directional control valve is a grinder-specific valve, comprising two functional sections: mechanical reversing control and throttle-based speed regulation. The throttle-based speed-regulation section also features an unloading function, enabling the worktable to be started and stopped. This valve further incorporates buffer adjustment functionality. The Y-axis can be switched freely between electric and manual operation. Both the Z-axis and Y-axis are equipped with grating scales. This machine tool boasts convenient operation, flexible and reliable performance, vibration-free operation, stable accuracy, excellent thermal stability, low noise, and easy maintenance and upkeep.
