The model CSK61166/CSK61186 is capable of performing the following operations automatically on shaft workpiece or on chuck work: the internal and external turning, taper turning, circular surface cutting, facing, undercutting and chamfering. The machine is capable of cutting straight threads and taper threads. The machine is well-suited for the batch production of components in the conventional machine-building factories. It’s superiority can be brought into full display especially when the machine is used to cut a high-precision component of complicated profile. The machine is also well-recommended for the tool making factory and the educational departments.
Main Features
The machine guideways are accurate grinded, which has good wear resistance and high precision.
The spindle adopts three axis three gear variable speed, high cutting torque at low speed.
The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, thus making it possible to minimize the thermal deformation effectively and assure good machining accuracy.
The machine can work under the positive control of a CNC system produced either by the GSK CNC System Factory, the Kanety or the Siemens and Fanuc.
