The hydraulic system of the MY3270 hydraulic surface grinder consists of a motor-driven fixed-displacement pump unit with a maximum flow rate of 18 L/min and a motor power of 4 kW. The pump’s working pressure can reach 3 MPa, and the system pressure is regulated by a relief valve. The system’s main directional control valve is a model specifically designed for grinding machines, comprising two functional sections: mechanical reversing control and throttle-based speed regulation. The throttle-based speed-regulation section also features an unloading function, enabling the worktable to be started and stopped. In addition, this valve includes a cushioning adjustment function.
