All major castings of this machine are manufactured from high-grade gray cast iron, which offers excellent dimensional stability and superior shock absorption. The components undergo multiple stress-relief annealing processes to eliminate internal stresses induced during casting and machining, thereby ensuring long-term accuracy and durability. The left–right and front–back double V guideways are coated with wear-resistant TURCITR-B resin and precision lapped to extend the machine’s positioning accuracy and service life; the surface is smooth, non-slip, and highly wear-resistant, making it ideally suited for form grinding. The spindle is equipped with P4-grade, ultra-precision angular-contact ball bearings and features a special coolant-recirculation dust-proof design, delivering low noise and minimal vibration even at high speeds while providing substantial torque. This configuration not only maintains exceptional precision during heavy cutting and various form-grinding operations but also significantly extends the spindle’s service life. An automatic recirculating lubrication system is employed: upon spindle start-up, lubricant is automatically circulated to provide forced lubrication to all lead screws and guideways, substantially reducing wear on the guideways. A sight glass mounted on the machine column allows real-time monitoring of the lubrication status, eliminating the hassle of forgetting to replenish lubricant regularly.
